How do I place an order on your website?
The process is pretty straight forward 🙂
- Add your items to the cart by clicking the “add to cart” button.
- Click the “cart” button at the very top right hand side of the website.
- Click the “proceed to checkout” button.
- Complete your billing information, choose a shipping method you’d like, and whether you want to pay my EFT or using PayFast.
- If using PayFast, you’ll be redirected to their secure website, to login/create an account, then confirm payment (credit card, debit card or EFT).
- If using Direct Bank Transfer, you’ll be given the bank details where you should make payment to.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email that your order was received, pending, or completed.
What are the payment methods available?
At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit card payments using PAYFAST, or direct bank transfers.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship around South Africa, but will soon be offering international shipping.
Where do you ship order to?
We ship to the delivery address in that you provide on checkout. Please note that we’re only shipping around South Africa at the moment.
What are your shipping prices?
Depends where we send the parcel to, and the size and weight of it.
How do I cancel my order before I make a payment?
After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You should expect to receive their orders within five (5) to ten (10) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.
